Important Note:
- Any return request made after the specified return window will not be accepted.

III. Return Process (RMA Request)
Customers must follow these steps to initiate a return:

Provide Details: In your email, please provide:
Your Order Number.
The name and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return.
A detailed reason for the return (e.g., compatibility issue, product defect).
For defective items, please attach clear photos or videos as proof.
Receive RMA Number: Our support team will respond within [X] business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the detailed return address.
Ship the Item: Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship the item(s) to the address provided. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be rejected.

V. Refund Processing
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will complete a product inspection within 2 business days.
Once the inspection is complete, we will process the refund within 2 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 7 business days to post the refund to your account.

Used Products: 3-month limited warranty.
Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty will be void if the product has been tampered with, misused, disassembled, or if the serial number has been removed.
