The FCLF8522P2BTL-TM, 1000BASE-T Copper SFP Transceivers are high-performance, for T-Mobile, hot-pluggable SFP solutions designed for 1.25 Gigabit Ethernet over Cat 5 cable applications.
These RoHS compliant and Lead Free transceivers support bi-directional data links up to 1.25Gb/s and are compatible with Gigabit Ethernet and 1000BASE-T standards. They offer reliable operation in an extended case temperature range of to and feature a fully metallic enclosure for low EMI.
Key features include low power dissipation (1.05 W typical), a compact RJ-45 connector, and 10/100/1000 BASE-T operation in host systems with an SGMII interface. Furthermore, the physical layer IC is accessible via a 2-wire serial bus (I2C) for configuration.
