OVERVIEW & Specification
The Finisar FTLF8529P3BCVALS is a hot-pluggable SFP+ transceiver designed for use in Fibre Channel links up to a data rate of 14.025 Gb/s. It supports tri-rate applications at 4.25, 8.5, and 14.025 Gb/s over multimode fiber. The module features an 850nm Oxide VCSEL laser transmitter and a built-in CDR with shut-off control. It is compliant with FC-PI-5, SFF-8472, and SFF-8081h and is RoHS compliant. The transceiver can achieve a maximum link length of 100m on high-bandwidth OM3 MMF and operates within a commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
