OVERVIEW & Specification
The Finisar FTLX1471D3BCV is a dual-rate SFP+ transceiver designed for use in both 1-Gigabit and 10-Gigabit Ethernet links. It supports rate-selectable bit rates from 1.25 Gb/s or 9.95 to 10.3 Gb/s and provides a maximum link length of 10 km over single-mode fiber. This module is compliant with SFF-8431, IEEE 802.3-2005 10GBASE-LR/LW and 1000BASE-LX standards. It features an uncooled 1310nm DFB laser, a limiting receiver, and includes built-in digital diagnostic functions. The transceiver is also RoHS-6 compliant and designed for a commercial temperature range of -5°C to 70°C. It’s specifically for 10G and 1G/10G SFP+ ports, not native 1G SFP ports.
